Northern Virginia Patio.com and Phoenix Home Services Inc. was created with the residential consumer in mind. As a general contractor our main type of projects are installing custom flagstone and brick patios. We can also build all types of custom decks, screenrooms, driveways, drainge systems for wet yards, and flooded basements.

Phoenix Home Services has a Class A License with Building (BDL), Home Improvements (HIC), and Landscaping (LSC) certifications. We also hold a home improvement contracting license in the District of Columbia Washington DC. All of our workers are "in house" and are led by a superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of experience. We have a full time General Manager who is your one point of contact between the design consultants, engineers, county inspectors, material suppliers, and the project superintendents. We have zero complaints with the BBB and the DPOR. We can custom install any siding or window replacement project you may want for your Northern Virginia Home. Along with a full range of trim packages for your Northern Virginia home including new gutters, shutters, window capping, door capping, and trim capping.
